Also make sure to clean registry leftovers. Afterwards reboot. * Enable internet connection, this workaround will work in online environment. * Edit the hosts with the following before doing any setup: 0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com Hosts is located in: C / Windows / System32 / Drivers / etc folder. Run hosts with notepad and add the above line there and save it. * Unpack and execute " 1.Setup.exe " first. * After installation is done, don't launch it. * Copy the License file in the following path: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Configuration * Confirm replacing. Still don't launch Malwarebytes! * Now, execute " 2.Setup.exe " and let it overwrite previous installation. * Now you can launch the application. It will automatically pick up the existing Premium subscription. Tested on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Tested by setting system clock 1 year ahead, no issues have been met. Tested by enabling and applying updates, no problems are encountered. Don't do the following: * Don't directly install v3 setup and try activating it, it will NOT work. * Don't use a v2 Premium subscription on the version 3 setup. Tiny Notes: * On dashboard it says updates are the most current, however it already checks and applies updates. You can test it unactivated Free version, too the same bug there too. * Even though this is the stable / final release the developer also confims that it includes bugs to be fixed over the next year.
